Aberdeen strengthens multi-manager team with bond specialist

Aberdeen Asset Management has hired Sonja Tilly as an analyst within its multi-manager team which currently manages over €9 billion.

Tilly joins the team from Broadstone Pensions & Investments where she was responsible for fixed income manager research and selection. Prior to this she worked at Stanhope Capital.

In her new role she will report to Graham Duce, co-head of multi manager funds and will specifically focus on fixed income funds.

On the appointment Duce commented, ‘Sonja is a very welcome addition to the long only multi-manager team at Aberdeen Asset Management. Having a dedicated fixed income analyst will enhance our capabilities not only in the long only bond universe but the absolute space as well.’
