In Safari browsers, go to Preferences > advanced tab > show develop menu > click develop > click disable caches.

In Opera browsers, go to Tools > preferences > advanced > history > click on the disk cache dropdown > select off.

If you are still experiencing problems logging into Citywire, you could try deleting any Citywire cookies from your temporary internet files. Simply click 'Tools', then 'Internet options' in your browser. On the 'General' tab that appears should be a button to 'Delete cookies'.

How do I enable cookies on my browser?

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer go to the browser's Tools menu > internet options > privacy > move the slider down to 'Medium' setting > click 'ok'. You can also override automatic cookie settings in the advanced menu to accept first and third party cookies.

In Mozilla/Firefox browsers, choose tools > options > privacy > cookies > turn on the 'allow sites to set cookies' checkbox > click ok.

In Google Chrome browsers, go to Tools > options > under the hood > privacy > content settings > cookie settings.

In Safari browsers, go to Preferences > security icon > cookie settings

In Opera browsers, go to Tools > preferences > privacy > cookie settings.

How do I change my personal details online?

Access the profile page in the  section to change the personal details we have registered for you. Click update to confirm any changes. You can change any details we hold for you except your username.

I am having trouble watching videos on the Citywire website. What should I do?
