ING Real Estate Investment Management has appointed Bruno Cohen the new CIO of its French bureau where he will manage a portfolio of real estate assets in the retail, office, residential and logistic sectors with a total value of approximately € 1.7 billion.

Cohen will be in charge of the transaction team and of monitoring the management of the French portfolio. Previously he worked for the European office of US group Broadway Partners where he put together and supervised a €4 billion investment portfolio.

‘The appointment of Bruno Cohen will reinforce our ability to source new investments, which is key for the development of ING REIM in France, both for our pan European or domestic funds, and for our international and French institutional clients in club deals and mandates,’ said CEO Silvio Estienne.
