Portugal’s most famous music genre Fado, comes from the Latin world ‘fatum’ which means destiny or fate. Portugal was the third member of the Eurozone to obtain a bail-out. Portugal's crisis, by contrast to those of the Republic of Ireland or Greece, has come to a slow boil that many observers put down to a lack of competiveness and economic growth.
