Goodness knows why the RR whistleblower felt depressed, after all I have no doubt that all companies have their noses in the trough. I imagined (but was wrong) that the whistleblower was probably a US or French/European Company who hadn't offered enough to secure a contract!! Their is no shame in these states like Indonesia/Africa/India etc etc which have always been and remain rotten with corruption.
