You regulary report on BP.They have a 40% interest in Vivergo. What do you know of Vivergo's dispute with the Redhall Group which has been going on for over 18 months? To the best of my knowledge, there has been 2 arbitrations and now judgement is awaited following a court case. BP have endless disputes and court cases that cost their shareholders a lot ot money. Surely they can settle this case out of court or is it part of their culture now to be seen throwing their weight around?
