  • Management Contract & Fees:

    The Master Fund pays to the Investment Manager a management fee monthly in arrears equal to 1/12 of 1.5% of the NAV of the Companys Master Fund Shares as at the last calendar day of each calendar month. In addition, the Investment Manager will receive a performance fee based on the performance at the end of each calendar year and upon redemptions, dividends and the winding-up of the Master Fund equal to 10% of gains, subject to a high water mark methodology and provided that a certain level of performance is met. The Investment Manager is also entitled to a Management Fee equal to 1/12 of 1.5% of such part of the NAV of the Company which is not attributable to the Companys Master Fund Shares. The Investment Manager is not entitled to any performance related fee from the Company.
