  • Management Contract & Fees:

    The Investment Manager receives an annual fee equal to 1.375% of total assets (less current liabilities but inclusive of bank borrowings) payable monthly in arrears based on the mid-market value of the assets at the month end. The Investment Manager is entitled to a performance fee at the rate of 20% of outperformance above an 8% per annum hurdle with high watermark provisions. The Management Agreement may be terminated by either party giving to the other not less than 12 months' notice.
