35 Finance rebrands and relocates
by Brian Cantwell on Feb 28, 2013 at 10:51
Former New Model Adviser® cover star firm 35 Finance has rebranded as Cantab Asset Management and relocated.
The firm has moved from offices in Kings Lynn and Wellington Street in Cambridge to larger premises in the university city.
Managing director Jeremy Davis (pictured) said the rebrand would help reinforce its connection with Cambridge.
‘We’d been thinking for some time it would be good to rebrand as the old name referred to an old address, and moving offices was the big opportunity to do just that,’ he said.
‘We want to be seen as part of the Cambridge scene, and Cantab has all the right connotations.’
Davis said the firm’s clients had reacted positively to the office move.
Cantab has recently taken on three staff members, who it is training to become advisers, and is looking to recruit more. Cantab is a Latin word, meaning ‘from Cambridge’.
