Restricted advice group Caerus Capital has appointed former Honister Capital director Lynn Smith as chief operating officer.
Smith's role will cover IT, operations and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Caerus she was client and employee services director at Honister.
She began her financial services career at Allied Dunbar.
