Clay Rogers pulls off ‘coup’ with Rodhouse hire
by Michelle Abrego on Nov 08, 2012 at 15:04
Birmingham-based Clay Rogers & Partners has recruited a compliance and finance officer from the Wesleyan Assurance Society.
Matthew Rodhouse, who was previously risk and finance director at the Wesleyan, will take on the specially created role of finance director at the firm and take over compliance duties from managing director Mark Rogers (pictured).
Rogers said: ‘This has been a bit of a coup for Clay Rogers. Matthew Rodhouse is a very senior figure within the Birmingham financial services community and we are delighted that he sees Clay Rogers as a project worthy of his considerable experience and expertise.’
He said Rodhouse would help ensure the firm’s client proposition was fit for purpose and ready for the retail distribution review.
