FinaMetrica-Morningstar link aims for ‘turnkey’ tool
by Alex Steger on May 20, 2011 at 15:25
FinaMetrica has integrated its risk-profiling tool with asset allocation guidance models from investment research group Morningstar.
The link-up will allow advisers to take clients through a FinaMetrica risk questionnaire and on to a recommended asset allocation.
Paul Resnik (pictured), director and co-founder of FinaMetrica, said he hoped the tie-up would be a ‘turnkey’ investment solution for UK advisers.
‘Advisers need to hold meaningful conversations with their clients around issues beyond investment performance and these links go a long way to creating those ready-made opportunities to do so,’ he said.
Anastasia Georgiou, product manager for Morningstar Adviser Workstation, said: ‘We continue our focus on creating additional product integrations that support advisers in their practice.’
