Former Hartford director joins Ascentric
by Michelle McGagh on Nov 19, 2009 at 11:48
Former Hartford director Alan Ferguson has joined Ascentric’s business development team.
Ferguson will provide support for Ascentric adviser users in the north of England and Scotland. He has held roles in financial services for 20 years, including senior sales, marketing and operations roles at AXA, Aegon and Scottish Equitable, but his most recent post was as sales operations director at The Hartford.
Richard Goodall, sales director at Ascentric, said: ‘Alan has a wealth of knowledge in the financial services industry that makes him a great resource for our supporting IFAs’
‘I am confident that Alan’s skills and experience will complement the existing business development team and add real value to IFAs.’
Ferguson said his priority was to engage with IFAs and help them transition their businesses to a retail distribution review-ready state.
