FOS publishes Keydata decision to award client £60k

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has published details of a complaint where it ruled in favour of couple against their IFA for £60,000 in redress.
In the case from November 2012, the FOS ruled that the IFA had 'a complete disregard for the interests of its clients in giving [the] advice.'

And the fsa had even less disregard for the client when they chose to act the way they did over Key Data and other life settlement portfolios!
