Mark Harris and Craig Heron, the Henderson multi-manager duo, believe fund managers need to show flexibility and adaptability in changing conditions.
Harris and Heron (pictured) are backing long-term winners such as Harry Nimmo of Standard Life Investments and BlackRock's Mark Lyttleton.
Overall though, they are favouring fund managers with a growth tilt with earnings momentum rather than deep value.

The headline led me to believe this was going to be a story about the FSA with a punchline of "I'm sorry I haven't a clue".
