Adviser comparison site launches with IFP and Nucleus backing

Adviser comparison site VouchedFor.co.uk has relaunched with support from the Institute of Financial Planning, platforms FundsNetwork and Nucleus, and IFA software provider Voyant.

The comparison website was originally launched by former Barclays Wealth head of digitial proposition Adam Price last year as a pilot website.

The relaunched website, VouchedFor.co.uk will allow clients to post reviews of their IFA.

Advisers will be able to display the website’s icon on their own websites, which clients could click on to reveal the reviews.

The company said that rigorous checks would be used to ensure reviews were authentic.

Price, founder of VouchedFor.co.uk, said: ‘For too long, consumers have not known where to turn for financial advice they can trust. Equally, small advisory firms have had to struggle to promote themselves and compete with the banks’ large marketing budgets. VouchedFor will solve these problems, providing good advisers with a platform to showcase themselves.’
