Equilibrium offers work experience to boost graduate talent pool

Cheshire-based Equilibrium Asset Management is offering a number of one-day work experience opportunities between April and August.

The Equilibrium workday experience is open to students in full-time education and those with an interest in the wealth and investment sectors.

The firm’s graduate programme has been operating for two years, with its graduates becoming diploma qualified alongside gaining valuable work experience. Equilibrium said the programme was open to anyone with a passion for advice and wealth management, not just university graduates.

‘The first intake of graduates on this particular programme all now work directly with clients so they are adding real value to the business as well as increasing the talent pool,’ said Equilibrium’s head of culture Sarah Warburton (pictured).

Equilibrium has also launched a digital marketing strategy. Marketing executive Laura Robinson said: ‘It’s crucial to be online as it is the biggest shop window available.’
