Ex-FOS chief Ceeney exits HSBC

Former Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) chief executive Natalie Ceeney has left her role at HSBC.

Ceeney joined HSBC as its head of UK customer standards division in February 2014 after stepping down from her role at the FOS in November 2013.

 has today taken up the role of chief executive of HM Courts and Tribunal Service.

While at HSBC she sat on the bank's UK exectutive committee and was tasked with improving customer service and leadership on complaint handling and developing its approach to conduct risk.
