Old Mutual Wealth has promoted former Skandia head of proposition Graham Bentley to the newly created role of head of investment marketing, as part of a restructure of its marketing department.
The company announced a dramatic restructure in October, which will lead to 200 jobs being cut as it merges the Skandia business with Old Mutual.
As part of the most recent changes Phil Oxenham, a member of Skandia International's propositions team has been made Old Mutual Wealth's new head of propositions.
Alison Wallace has been appointed head of marketing communications, Rachael Griffin, head of product law and commercial development has been made Old Mutual Wealth's head of technical marketing and Steve Redding head of digital marketing.
The team will be led by Old Mutual Wealth's marketing director Michelle Andrews, who was previously had the same role at Skandia International.
