One of the youngest advisers to appear in New Model Adviser® has officially graduated as a Personal Finance Society (PFS) fellow.
Vito Faircloth (pictured), wealth manager at London-based Investment Quorum, passed the final PFS exam in December and, aged just 22, graduated on 21 April. He said the ceremony showed how advice could come together as a profession across different ages and experience.
‘The atmosphere was lovely at the graduation ceremony and it was humbling to be surrounded by so many well qualified, experienced professionals from the industry. There was a sense of togetherness from everyone and a passion to continue championing our profession.’
He said he wanted to address issues affecting the wider profession and younger advisers, such as recruitment and technology.
‘Most importantly, [we need to think] how we can make sure clients keep getting a first-class service and excellent outcomes as the profession evolves,’ he said.
