What is your plan for 2013 – how does this hire tie into your plans?
We will continue to look for and create opportunity. Our preference is to grow the business organically by finding good people who understand our philosophy and can fit in to our culture. Since we launched Carbon in 2011 we have grown the number of staff from 27 to the current 34. We believe we are well positioned for the retail distribution review and the opportunities this may bring.
