Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers has acquired Wiltshire-based advice firm A&M Financial Services.
The deal, for an undisclosed amount, announced this morning adds £40 million of assets to the consolidator, which has six regional hubs up and down the country with 50 financial advisers.
A&M Financial Services clients will now be serviced from Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers’ London office.
Dominic Rose, director at Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers, said: ‘This is a fantastic opportunity to grow our business and give A&M’s clients continued access to quality, face-to-face financial planning.
‘A&M is a firm that has focused on providing a personalised service in London and the south east of England, making it a good cultural fit with Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers and our commitment to providing exemplary client service.’
Last November Old Mutual announced it would be changing its name to Quilter with its advice arm rebranded as Quilter Private Client Advisers.
