Network Sense has teamed up with Steve Bee’s Jargonfree Benefits to provide auto-enrolment support services for its members.
As part of the deal Sense will use the Jargonfree Benefits software which integrates with employers' payroll systems and provides them with a solution for their auto-enrolment obligations. Sense members will get the software at a discount as the network will subsidise the cost.
Tim Newman, managing director of Sense, said auto-enrolment gave IFAs a great opportunity to advise small and medium sized businesses.
‘IFAs have the skills and experience to offer valuable advice on pension schemes and, as importantly, can provide a valued service in helping firms with the ongoing burden of the regulations,’ he said.
'We have conducted extensive research into the best ways to support employers and the Jargonfree system was by far the best solution that we looked at. Its combination of agnostic scheme support, ability to integrate with multiple payroll systems and the comprehensive ongoing auto-enrolment features made it a simple choice for us.'
Steve Bee, chief executive of Jargonfree Benefits, said: ‘I have always said that the UK IFA community is key to the success of the important auto-enrolment reforms. I am obviously pleased to see so many of the very best IFA businesses around joining us and helping to make Jargonfree Benefits the industry standard auto enrolment solution for both employers and IFAs.'
