Restricted advice firm St James’s Place has appointed ex-Broadstone director Martyn Laverick as an executive business acquisitions manager.
Laverick (pictured) was previously director of sales and marketing at Broadstone Pensions & Investments from October 2012 to August 2013. He was also previously managing director of IFA firm Jelf Financial Planning for two years but left after a board restructure for the retail distribution review.
Prior to this Laverick was a board director of Chase de Vere for five years.
His role as an executive business acquisitions manager involves attracting financial advisers to join St James’s Place.
St James’s Place confirmed Laverick’s appointment but gave no further details.
