Hove-based IFA Skerritts is closing in on its £1 billion of assets under advice target and has taken on new blood.
Skerritts has passed the £900 million of assets mark, and managing director Richard Skerritt said the milestone ‘is yet another step closer to the big target of a billion’.
The firm has also added new faces to its team. Two have crossed over from wealth manager Brewin Dolphin. Charlie Lloyd has joined as investment manager, working alongside head of investments Andrew Merricks (pictured) to drive direct equity investment, while Amy Delo joins as financial planning support.
Joining in support roles are Sam Roberts, Sophie O’Loughlin, Jamie Shuck and Shannon Stewart, while experienced IFA Jeremy Watson arrives from London-based Master Adviser.
Skerritt said: ‘We really needed to expand the team and, though it can be difficult, we have been fortunate enough to find so many great people who are all the right fit.’
