TV child genius says he wants to be an IFA 'to help people'

A 12 year old child with an IQ of 162, a star of a Channel 4 TV show 'Child Genius', has said he wants to become a financial adviser so that he can help others with his intelligence.

Rahul Doshi is currently taking part in the show that sees young people tackle a series of mental challenges, involving maths, spelling and memory tests.

Speaking on ITV's Lorraine programme Doshi said he wanted to be a financial adviser. He said it would be 'selfish' not to use his abilities, particularly on mathematics, to help people.

He said: 'I want to do something with maths because I really love maths. Maybe be a financial adviser or something like that because I like to help others as well.

'I want to use my talents wisely, it's not good to be selfish so you should help others.'
