This morning New Model Adviser® editor Will Robins hosted a discussion about the future of the UK after Thursday's general election ended with a hung parliament

The Conservatives have since agreed a deal with the Northern Irish Democratic Unionist Party which will allow Theresa May to remain as prime minister. 

Tom Frackowiak, executive director at public affairs consultancy Cicero Group, explains some of the difficulties of this approach in this video.
