Nick Kelly leaves Sesame as network reshuffles

Sesame Bankhall's managing director of distribution Nick Kelly has left the company in a reshuffle which also sees the appointment of four members to its executive board.

Kelly (pictured), who worked at Sesame since March 2008, has left to pursue other interests within the financial services sector.

Head of operations Julie Sadler will now be operations director and be in charge of the company’s compliance and risk function.

Michael Couzins, Sesame’s risk and compliance director is now the company’s financial services development director.

George Higginson, group chief executive of Sesame Bankhall said: ‘Our new executive team reflects the developing shape of our group and will ensure that the improvements we are making keep pace with the ever-changing regulatory environment. We are committed to delivering valuable support to adviser firms – whatever their future business model.

‘Nick has had a key role in the successful development and growth of the group over the last five years. He has added considerable value to the business, showing strong leadership and a passionate commitment during a challenging time for the sector. We wish him every success in his future career.’
