Skandia business proposition director Vincent to leave

Skandia Investment Group business proposition director Richard Vincent is set to leave the business at the end of November.

Vincent joined Skandia nearly 18 years ago as an investment researcher and then moved to investment marketing. After a four year break he returned as head of investment marketing. He has also held roles in the last 10 years within Skandia’s fund group relationships team and was a member of the executive for Skandia Investment Group.

He has spent the last six months working with Paul Feeney, chief executive of Skandia parent Old Mutual Wealth.

Vincent said: ‘I am very proud of the part I have played in the success of the Skandia business and I wish Paul and his team every success in the future,’ he said.

Feeney added: ‘I am sorry to lose him but I understand his desire to seek new challenges and I wish him well in his future career,’ he said. ‘He leaves with our and my personal thanks and gratitude.’

Richard is a top class individual and will be a huge loss to Old Mutual Wealth. It seems that a number of long serving quality Skandia people are leaving on quite a regular basis.
