Standard Life launches customised wrap for threesixty
by Daniel Grote on Apr 21, 2008 at 12:52
Standard Life has developed a new customised wrap platform for fee-based IFA support service provider threesixty.
Launch of the new wrap follows consultation between Standard Life and threesixty, with the platform developed to support threesixty services such as file checking.
Threesixty advisers will be able use the bespoke wrap at no extra cost from today.
Standard Life Savings chief executive Geoff Towers said he was ‘delighted’ with the new partnership.
‘Threesixty are a fresh thinking company who have modernised the support service approach to offer a greater level of service at a realistic cost by really understanding the needs of adviser groups,’ he said.
‘We believe this approach fits in very well with Standard Life’s approach to wrap where we have put the adviser at the heart of the development by providing a solution which has the potential to revolutionise the services on offer to customers.’
Threesixty partner Phil Young said the support services provider had been looking to work with a platform provider to continue expanding its offering, and that Standard Life had fitted the bill.
‘We believe this solution will offer advisers a broader service proposition that is fundamentally different to other platforms on offer.’
