Tenet group director Geoffrey Clarkson quits
by Jun Merrett on Nov 27, 2012 at 17:06
Tenet has announced that group director Geoffrey Clarkson will leave the company next year.
Clarkson has been a director at the IFA network since December 2000 and will leave by mid 2013.
Clarkson, a regulatory lawyer, moved to Tenet as part of its acquisition of support services proposition IFA Professional which Clarkson developed.
Clarkson said: ‘It has been very satisfying to be able to contribute to the success of Tenet over the last decade. However, I have other ambitions that I wish to pursue and have decided now is the time to explore some of those opportunities in another environment. I believe that I leave Tenet in a strong position, both financially and operationally.’
Martin Greenwood, executive chairman of Tenet said Clarkson had helped to 'transform' Tenet during his time at the company. 'We shall miss his contributions, but understand the reasons for his decision and wish him well,' he said.
