Tenet recruits finance director to replace Sampson
by Jun Merrett on Jan 31, 2013 at 10:36
IFA network Tenet has appointed a new group finance director to replace Graeham Sampson who resigned last year.
Caroline Bradley was appointed to the role at Tenet in October 2012 after previously working as a finance director of TD Bank from 1999 for 13 years and was also a finance director at Yorkshare.
She replaced Sampson, who left Tenet in September 2012.
He was previously the former finance director at Sipp company Montpellier Pension Administration Services and was fined £17,850 last October by the Financial Services Authority.
The regulator said Sampson failed to ensure the firm met its regulatory capital requirements which led to the it operating outside the capital adequacy requirements for 15 months.
