Towergate poaches Origen’s private client boss to drive expansion

National IFA Towergate Financial has appointed ex-Origen head of private clients Kevin O'Farrell as managing director for its London and South East division to help drive the company's expansion plans.

O'Farrell was previously head of private clients at Origen Financial Services from December 2011 and will rejoin previous colleague and Towergate Financial chief executive Warren Page (pictured), who was also director of client services at Origen from 2008 until January this year.

O'Farrell will work on Towergate's growth plans in the private clients, small and medium enterprise and mortgage sectors.

Page said O'Farrell would lead a crucial part of the business and its growth plans in the private client, small and medium enterprise and mortgage sectors

'London and the South East represents one of the largest geographical growth opportunities for Towergate Financial and having the right team and leader in place will make a huge difference,’ he said.
