Adviser support services:

We assign a dedicated relationship manager to each adviser practice, to understand how their business works. Online manuals and user guides are available via the platform. We also offer face-to-face training and platform training. The platform team are available from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday to answer any queries. We have regular focus group meetings with users to discuss current and future development plans.

Policy for assets of ‘orphan’ clients:

The 7IM platform service is exclusively available through financial advisers who have registered with us to use the 7IM platform. Clients must inform us if they change adviser.
