Leeds private client manager Andrews Gwynne has poached the founder of Redmayne Bentley’s investment management team David Scott.
Scott, who worked Redmanyne’s regional office, helped found the investment division of the stockbroker more than 20 years ago.
Andrews Gwynne partner Douglas Croft said: ‘[Scott] is highly-regarded in our industry and I’m confident he will be a strong asset to Andrews Gwynne and the firms profile will undoubtedly be raised by his media connections
‘He brings a wealth of skill and experience and he will be able to strengthen our core business - which is providing a highly personalised, largely discretionary, service to private clients, their trusts and pension funds, and, in particular, expanding our work on behalf of charities.’
Scott added: ‘I’m delighted to be joining a business that I have known for over twenty five years and which is highly regarded in the Industry.’
