Brewin trust analyst departs for Baillie Gifford

Martina Jersakova has left her role as an investment company analyst at Brewin Dolphin to join Baillie Gifford.

Her departure follows that of Matthew Butcher (pictured) , who resigned as Brewin’s head of research last autumn after nine years to take some time out of the industry.

Jersakova was at Brewin Dolphin for nearly four and a half years and joins Baillie Gifford as a client service manager. She was previously an intern at Aberdeen Asset Management.

‘I can confirm that Martina Jersakova has left the company to pursue a different role and she left with our best wishes for the future,’ a spokesperson from Brewin Dolphin said.

This time last year, Brewin Dolphin’s open-ended and investment trust teams were integrated.
