Brooks Macdonald boosts Taunton office with AXA Wealth hire
by Robert St George on Jun 25, 2014 at 09:00
Kristian Guest has joined Brooks Macdonald Asset Management as a business development manager in the firm’s Taunton branch.
Guest was formerly a business development manager at AXA Wealth, where he worked for more than eight years. Most recently, he focused on tax and trust planning as well as offshore investments.
At Brooks Macdonald, Guest will be responsible for developing professional adviser and intermediary relationships in the south west and south Wales.
‘Kristian is a great addition to the team and brings with him a wealth of experience,’ commented Andrew Shepherd, joint managing director at Brooks Macdonald Asset Management (pictured on left with joint managing director Nick Holmes).
‘With Kristian’s help we look forward to strengthening our network of introducing professional advisers in the South West and South Wales.’
Guest added: ‘I see this as a phase of exponential growth for DFMs with more and more advice firms outsourcing their investment propositions to discretionary managers.’
