by Kiran Moodley on Jan 12, 2012 at 14:27
Caledonia Investments has hired Hermes Fund Managers' Stuart Cox as an investment executive on its Global Equity Income & Growth Pool.
Cox has held a number of positions over the years at Lombard Odier, Rostchild Asset Management and JPMorgan, where he has consistently focused on Japanese equities.
Cox will work with head of Income & Growth Pool Stephen Mitchell, assisting in portfolio management and stock selection.
Commenting on the hire, Mitchell said, 'As Caledonia’s Income & Growth Pool becomes more established, it is necessary to hire the best talent onto the team, and we believe that Stuart will help us build the reputation and returns of the Income & Growth Pool.'
