Cazenove makes tech changes to boost IFA offer
by Annabelle Williams on Nov 05, 2012 at 07:44
Cazenove is allowing independent financial advisers (IFAs) to co-brand client reports in bid to enhance its appeal to intermediaries.
The investment house has upgraded its internal systems and part of the new features will be a tool allowing IFAs to add their branding alongside Cazenove’s on reports prepared for clients.
Cazenove is now working on creating a ‘gated’ community for clients of IFAs, and this is expected to be launched in the first quarter of next year.
The upgraded system, which is only accessible for advisers accessing Cazenove’s multi-manager range, now allows for the creation of reports showing a breakdown of where each client’s money is invested. IFAs will be able to add their own commentary and can tailor reports across one, three or six months.
‘This tool… enhances the transparency across the products and the service we give to advisers,’ a spokesperson said.
‘We are now working on V2.0, which is really exciting as its going to be more than just reporting, it will be a gated community for our clients.’
