by Annabelle Williams on Dec 18, 2012 at 10:31

Edinburgh-based investment manager Cornelian Asset Managers have launched their retail distribution review (RDR)-friendly share classes.

The clean D share class on each of Cornelian’s five risk managed funds will be priced at 75bps, a level which has become industry standard in the run up to the RDR’s implementation.

Cornelian recently underwent a restructure with hopes of expanding its business outside of Scotland's borders, and hired a four-strong team of investment managers to enhances its investment proposition.

The risk managed fund range was designed for intermediaries and their clients, and Cornelian managing director John Jackson reiterated his hopes of boosting business with external partners, following the expansion of its dedicated intermediary support team.

‘The launch of the clean share class enhances our proposition for advisers and, when combined with our investment performance and service offer underlines the strength of our proposition in the adviser market,’ he said.
