Cornelian undergoes significant tech makeover to boost client service

Cornelian Asset Managers has made a significant upgrade to its technology to enhance the services it provides to clients and advisers.

The Edinburgh-based wealth manager has invested in Investmaster’s InVantage solution to replace its core technology.

The investment comes after a detailed review of market alternatives and is designed to provide staff with timely and accurate portfolio information and decision-making tools, simultaneously providing the firm’s clients with online information and high quality correspondence.

Cornelian said Investmaster’s commitment to the wealth management space, along with the richness of its functionality for wealth managers, was a critical reason behind the investment – as was the need to meet today’s regulatory and compliance requirements.

Commenting on the move, Cornelian chief operating officer John Jackson said: ‘In order to deliver high quality, differentiated private client investment management, good technology is critical.
