Barclays has hired Coutts veteran Andrew Crossley to bolster its Essex wealth arm.
Crossley joins as a private banker after a 15-year spell at Coutts where he was responsible for around 400 UK resident and domiciled clients.
Commenting on the appointment, Paul Field, a regional director for Barclays Wealth and Investment Management in Kent, East Sussex and Essex, said: 'We are very pleased to welcome Andrew to the Barclays team in Essex. Our South East presence is continually growing and gaining new clients, and Andrew’s depth of experience will no doubt be a huge support in servicing this growth.'
