‘Ambushed’ Autonomy founder rejects HP accounting claims

Autonomy founder Mike Lynch rejected allegations his firm artificially inflated its price causing HP to suffer an $8.8 billion loss, claiming he first heard of the accusations yesterday afternoon when a press release was issued.
