Former Wealth Manager cover star Jake Moeller has joined Lipper as head of UK & Ireland research.
Wealth Manager exclusively revealed that he had quit Lloyds/Scottish Widows, where he was a senior manager in its fund selection team, in October. Prior to that, he headed AIG Life’s fund of funds team.
At Lipper Moeller (pictured) will provide qualitative fund evaluation and assessment as well being a spokesman for the firm.
Bob Jenkins, Lipper’s global head of research, said: ‘We are excited to add Jake to our European research team. He has a tremendous background in the buy side as a research analyst and portfolio manager and has spent many years analysing collective investment vehicles as the lead manager of discretionary fund of funds strategies.
‘His background, experiences and enthusiasm for the asset management industry will be a welcome addition to Lipper and a great resource for our clients and media partners.’
