How do I change my personal details online?
Access the profile page in the my account section to change the personal details we have registered for you. Click update to confirm any changes. You can change any details we hold for you except your username.
Can I set up a portfolio on Citywire?
Yes, as long as you are a registered user. The tool is available via the my account section of the website. Every account is automatically set up with a default portfolio. You can set up as many portfolios as you require.
The tool allows for both share and fund holdings to be tracked, and also enables you to receive email alerts whenever we publish content that appears on your watchlist.
I am having trouble watching videos on the Citywire website. What should I do?
If this happens there is a strong chance that you simply need to update or install a Flash Player onto your computer. Just visit the Flash Player website to do so.
I’ve searched the FAQ but not found an answer, what do I do now?
Simple, just email us at support@citywire.co.uk or telephone us during office hours on 0207 8405100 and we’ll do our best to help you out.
