Objective

The investment objective of the Eastern Europe Diversified Fund is to provide long term capital appreciation. The Sub-Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective, in accordance with the policies and guidelines established by the Board of Directors of the Company, by investing primarily in equity, equity-related transferable securities and debt securities of issuers which have their registered office or exercise a preponderant part of their business activities in Emerging and Frontier Market countries in Eastern Europe.
