Andrew Jenner has enjoyed a long and varied career in investment management. Now head of investment at Mitsubishi UFJ Asset Management UK, Jenner has previously held fund management positions at Natwest Investment Management, Legal & General and Provident Mutual. He runs Japanese equity funds for the firm, and believes his value-based investment style have served the funds well during a rise in the market. A keen sports fan, Jenner enjoys rugby, cricket and hockey and studied Engineering Science at Oxford University.
The Sub-Fund aims to achieve long term capital growth through investment primarily (meaning at least two-thirds of the Sub-Fund's assets) in a portfolio of equity and up to one-third of the Sub-Fund's assets in a portfolio of equity-related securities of companies located or listed in Japan or deriving a preponderant part of their income in Japan.
