Objective

The objective is to make available to investors participation in a portfolio consisting principally of securities of European domiciled companies listed on the various European States Stock Exchanges. Investment policy is directed towards achieving long-term capital growth through investment in small and medium-sized companies. The fund will invest at least 75% of its total assets in equity securities of companies that are incorporated under the laws of, and have their registered office in Europe.
