The sub fund will predominantly invest in property securities and property related securities and collective investment schemes that, in turn, invest directly or indirectly in property, unlisted property and listed property securities. There are no geographical restrictions. The Fundmay invest in other collective investment schemesmanaged or operated by the ACD or an associate of the ACD or managed by a third party fund provider. The Fund may also invest directly in other types of transferable securities, money market instruments, deposits, cash and near cash and may use derivatives for the purposes of hedging and tactical asset allocation on a short or long term basis.
