Nigel Waller

Nigel Waller is partner and portfolio manager at Oldfield Partners LLP. He adopts a value investment strategy, concentrating on large cap stocks. Nigel prefers a sustainable and growing environment since dividends and valuations matter for his strategy. Prior to joining Oldfied Partners, he worked at Mercury Asset Management where he was a director and portfolio manager on the global team until 2005. Nigel graduated from City University and holds a BSc in Business and Computing Systems and outside of fund management, he enjoys golf.

Objective

The Overstone Global Equity Fund will attempt to achieve over the long term a total return in excess of that of the MSCI World Index (with net dividends reinvested) through investment in a concentrated portfolio of equity securities of large companies whose average market capitalisation is likely to be more than US$20 billion, selected from all the major markets, and to a lesser extent from some emerging markets, worldwide.
